Madam thanks. Payatham paruppu 1/2 hr soak you told. Then cooker 1 whistle to cook or separately i have to cook the soaked moong dhal & how much time to cook. Because some it becomes sticky after we cook.please advise
Instead of elachi use a piece of nutmeg crushed at the time of grinding or half tsp nutmegpowder the carrot payasa tastes wonderful. Nut meg quantity shouldn't be more than half tsp, because it tastes bitter. No need to add cashew also.
