it definitely will cause the old alt art bases to go down in price. people will do this like nuts. but its also standard. i've given up playing standard personally
Wasn't it a thing back in the day to brick 5 alt arts so you could vendor for a clean craft able base. I know it was removed for something like this with uber elder rings. Not sure if this was changed a cross the board. Could be away to get some of the more rarer ones if this was done a long time ago.
@@nikidino8 Nah, it was never changed. The reason Lighty was able to make his demigods(and the reason other demigods exist) is because the "golden" bases for demigod items already look like that. Some(or all of them?) do have an alternate artwork as well, but Lighty's and all other cleaned ones are the "normal" artworks for the base item

some1 gave him curency that quit but he also have one of the best 1 handed jewelled foils in the delve league so u get like 20 ex tips for people (that can afford it) to mirror your sword with a Mirror of Kalandra and make a copy of it for themselves :) so yeah 10 miror services is like 150-200 exalts perhaps and he probably did more then 10 this league.
I have luckily made over 1k exalts in mirror fees this league, but to start I ran a TON of perandus manors before it became well known, and quite literally doubled my money as fast as I could spend it. (Manors were 1 ex, zerphis were 12 ex.....20% chance to drop, super fat profit)
You can't sell stuff with mtx'es, though. Cos that'd be pay2win - you're exchanging real money to make an in-game item worth a ton of in-game money, effectively buying said in-game money. They don't allow you to transfer mtx'es, and this should apply to skin transfers as well. So this is really just a cheaper way for those with alt arts to put their alt art onto actually good gear - for themselves (previously they'd have to either craft it or use a mirror, both of which are far more expensive than this fossil).

Vendoring 5 for a base never kept the alt art.
It only works for unobtainable bases, like the demi's for example.
can't you mirror it five times, sell the mirrored copies to get a clean new base from the vendor?

4% more dmg per endurance charge. Its pretty strong. Thats also why tidebreaker got so expensive, because it is a 7l now.

No, it rerolls the items stats and you get a mirror of whatever stats it decided to roll.

Mendicant Bias alt arts aren't mtx. They can be traded.
