This is the the best short films which I have watched .In just 10 mins this film has all the ingredients for a awesome suspense thriller..Me personally never watch a short film for more than 5 mins as it gets bored to the core but this one just made me to Glue up the entire duration But this one was a masterpiece in short films..I request u to send this movie any Shortfilm festivals which happens i am sure this will surely be a prize winner. Looking forward for many such short films and Wish your name to come on Big Screen also pretty Soon..Congrats once again..All the best for your future.
I have been following Anil since he is a blogger. A person with many talents. His writings are effective and to the point and ofcourse with lot of humor quotient. I am happy to see him making a way into short films. And gladly it didn;t disappoint me except to the fact it has only 2900 views at the time of commenting. Great work :)
Please don't consider my feedback in a wrong way, I read an article by you in Quora and want to give you real feedback instead of fake feedback. It might be painful, so brace for it. 1) The heavy sound effects are too passe. It is easy to make things loud and do jump cuts to induce fear. Night time raining imagery, same thing. Especially when hearing with headphones, it is easy to crank up the volume and "scare" people. I am not a fan of it, because it is just a digital way of hiding in a corner and saying Boo. Totally fine if that is what you are trying to do, but not a hallmark of a cutting edge thriller. 2) *** Edited *** 3) *** Edited *** 4) *** Edited ***
I appreciate your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to leave it. I wasn't trying to make a 'cutting edge thriller'. It's an attempt at improving my craft, as an amateur film maker who operates within many limitations. I agree that there's room for improvement on the sound & visuals front; but I respectfully disagree with your remarks on plot holes. All I'll say is this: Imagination has no bounds. Btw, there's no 'message' about anything. Next time, please don't reveal the ending of a story whether you liked it or not; or at least add a spoiler alert. That's the basic courtesy any average movie buff would show.
@@ParasaraSridharDuggirala Thank you! That's nice of you. To elaborate on the plot holes part, I hope you realized what I meant by 'imagination has no bounds'. I couldn't say more for the fear of spoilers. It's all consistent with the character. And my apologies, if I sounded a little rude about the spoilers part. I take criticism easy, but I get upset if people reveal the climax; because for me, climax is the story. If that's given away, there's nothing left.
