Swat is a ranked team you unlock after 4 swat Trainings and a exam plus you have to be a Sergeant to begin training and have to be lieutenant to access the team.
Some staff abused their powers and spawned a bunch of security vehicles so they got demoted all the way back to beginner so they destroyed the servers to the point of unplayable so they said the game will be back up in 2 to 3 days
