Plot: Casey is going out with Max, but he's starting to become jealous, distant and controlling. She starts to realize he isn't right for her, but somehow he always wins her back. Then Casey wins the lead in the school play, alongside Noel, who she kind of likes. Her excitement is diminished when she learns Derek is also in the play; she feels certain he'll ruin her chances with Noel. Nevertheless, she and Noel hit it off and Casey finally breaks up with Max. As she keeps flirting with Noel, she tries to get Derek to stay out of her business until the play, when she is sure everything will work out. Little does she know Derek's motives; and the improvisation that will unfold on opening night.
Notes: When the cast are backstage, they're supposed to be getting ready before the play).
