1. Give mega sceptile sharpness while also giving it moves like sacred sword, moreover exchange it's spatk with atk stat (or a few points), also make a new 80-90 bp physical dragon slashing move

Q2 obviously the gambit set of pinsirite or altarianite because of pixilated or aerialate slash
Q3 just off the top of my head Cynthia, Lusamine, Volo, volkner, and I’m sure there is more but those are the ones I can think of
1) Ampharos. Gaining the Dragon typing is cool but having an -ate ability instead of Mold Breaker would have gone a long way over Dragon Pulse of all things. Also give it Tail Glow.
2) Gardevoirite Scream Tail + Red Orb Ursaluna is a really fun combo. It's a bit more meta than the others you've covered but still a really fun combo, mono Boomburst still slams half the tier, CM 1v1s most CM Pokemon (basically only loses to Arceus-Ghost, Arceus-Poison, and Red Orb Lugia), and Wish supports itself and Ursaluna while Ursaluna checks Ho-Oh, Eternatus, Red Orb Lugia, Arceus-Poison, Slowking-Galar, Corviknight, Solgaleo, and so many more Pokemon that give Scream Tail a hard time. What you mentioned on the dont mega if you can get the job done without it is always true go for it when two hit ko or more
or after specific things have happened. something like hisuian arcanine might want to hold off mega evolving bc of intimidate's value, same with multiscale on dragonite being defensively helpful for both checking pokemon and setting up.
Multiscale is the biggest reason not to mega

Interesting to see how the mix and mega ladder is doing, when i played it at sv release it was all just multiscale dragonite setup then sweep with aerilate extreme speed. Really boring stuff
tends to happen with early mnm, i was an avid anti-dnite person early on (i still am, mind you, but its not as broken as other stuff rn) but the meta evolved to handle it and we kept getting better and better checks after home, dlc1, and dlc2. its definitely S tier right now, but thats only with altarianite and thanks to it being an offensive mon with defensive capabilities thanks to dragon/fairy and good bulk (dont run 252atk 252spe ada its bad, instead run 252hp 152atk 104spe ada or 252hp 104atk 152spe ada since that takes advantage of dnite's bulk while keeping power)
Meta has evolved to the point it's no longer of any issue

The stone command allows you to see the stat changes each stone give
and the mnm command allows you to see the stats of stone on a pokemon.
I used volcarona in AAA with desolate land. Turns out volc has solar beam. It really helped in setup because fire/grass combo is good but only gets resisted by fire and dragon types so basically gougingfire gave me a lot of problem so I removed the volc. Its really not good. Do not try it
volcarona is fine if you can support it well enough, though i wouldnt use desoland personally over sflo since that just does more and covers more moves. its still not top tier tho, no, but its at least decent

I would say that blastoisinite arboliva could be fun, setup grassy terrain before mega evolving end enjoy the grass type mega launcher boosted terrain pulses.

4:05 this is the most horrible math I've ever seen. If it did slightly over 50% with a +1 boost (+50% damage, or 1.5x) the unboosted hit did 33%. Thus we can conclude that a +3 boost (+150%, or 2.5x) did around 84%.
My estimation was wrong it seems

7:22 i use heatran a LOT its really good, Latiasite makes him get extra bulk like his bulk becomes 160+ in def and spd gets some spa, and its a good switchin against every espeed mon,+you can willowisp them to reduce thier atk, and it also offers a temprary switchin into red orb mons and can deal masive damage with magma storm.
