Technically "Over Limit" is also correct, its means over than the limit range from testing value. Generally O.L stand for Open Loop if in resistance measurement, Over Loaded if you test capacitance and Over Limit If in voltage measurement.

So all grounding failed? Sure can measure single grounding point without connecting two ground points to measure the resistance different between two?
