When was this modernized and why one sliding door on the out side of elevator on k and two inner doors on the inside? Why does this need a key to ride?

It was modernsied quite shortly Before I took this video. Ony new stuff were the cab fixtures and the innerdoors. The innerdoors is a requirement on most Swedish elevators today...
For the sliding shaft door on K, It was built there in the beginning. I have no idéa why...

The machineroom buttons? They sent the elevator to the higest and lowest floor.

Ok what is your favorite elevator fixture and does the letter K mean basement in Sweden language or does it mean kitchen?

The TKID Fixture... THe callbuttons on the elevator in this video is DEVE TKID, and I absolutely love them... I love DEVE the most!
Letter K means Basement, that is correct. :)

Unfortunately I don't live in the US. In Sweden, We have different elevators. I can make some Schindler, Otis & TK, but the rest of the brands don't make elevators or parts to Sweden!
