Gerassimos Germanakos is the name of the ref. He even was blocked by the UEFA after obviously and heavily favouring Napoli. But he retired anyways directly after tha match. Seems like he made enough money for rigging it. A penalty for Napoli which shouldnt ve been one. Diego once again using his hand. And then an unjustified yellow to block Stuttgarts most important player Guido Buchwald for the second match. There are even reports that all the refs went with prostitutes to the Hotel owned by the owner of SSC Napoli the night after the match. At least Guido did get his revenge in the 1990 WC final, where he completely neutralized Maradonna.
