A lot of mistakes were made but it's been a great learning experience so far. Thank you all for joining me on this journey.
Exceptional, thank you for showing the whole process. 10x better than some gunpla guys with more subs.. They will come I am sure with this quality work.
I built a spray and sanding table with a box fan and cheap filter. Use fine or heavy guage wire for a table top. Works well enough for small production. Keep up the great work! FB@G-Build Effect 🏗️🙌
Hi, I'm new to panel lining and top coat, getting a rx78-2 ver3. Should I apply them in the following sequence: 1. Wash kits with soap water 2. Assemble model 3. Apply panel lining 4. Apply water decals 5. Apply top coats Please let me know any extra steps you would recommend 🙂
@@kwangpengteo6135 Hey man... if it's snap fit build + panel lining + top coat, then I don't think washing is essential. But if you hands are greasy, then perhaps it's good to do that. My sequence would be : - 1. Clean the kit - could be a simple tissue wipe down or soap water. 2. assemble 3. gloss top coat - this will protect the kit from enamel thinner from accent panel line and easier clean up. It will be easier for the water decals to adhere 4. panel line - I recommend tamiya accent panel line 5. water decals 6. final top coat of your choice If matte is your final top coat, the gloss would give the matte finish a smoother finish!
@@kwangpengteo6135 I would recommend using MrHobby spray cans. I've tried cheaper alternatives and the result wasn't as good. I've tried samurai ones and they're not as smooth as I liked. No problem, ask away if there's any more questions :D

@@GunplaNewbie Great tips! I do plan to get matte as final coat. Which spray can brand would you recommend for the gloss and matte coatings? TIA
