QOTD2: the gender of the avatar was decided on CPU Smash, then the name was decided on CPU Yu-gi-oh Tag Force 7 match. I named her Miyako.
The opening song is awesome dude "Rise from a Thousand Years ago, Shaking off a Hazy dream !! EMBLEM ENGAGE !! Bonds of Fire Connect us." Also, This game kind of works off Persona 5 story telling logic The Prologue opens up with the Events that could very well be the Future
1) So cool of Nintendo to finally give Mark from Smash Bros his own game featuring Mike too. I always wondered when they were gonna do that. 2) Agreed on your gameplay story point. Honestly it was wild hearing so many people be that upset about the story when like 5 out of 10 FE games have pretty whatever stories. Like you can’t tell me Binding Blade was that engaging lmao 3) I actually would recommend watching the intro. I also have played Thracia for a few hours but got pissed off and dropped it lol. Note: I do recommend taking a look at the settings and controls if you haven’t already so you can see how you can look at characters stat screens more closely for example or make any adjustments.

"No, let's run" is unironically one of the greatest moments in the franchise. Not just for the comedic timing but because it's a shockingly practical reaction compared to most FE protagonists who are like "I've never seen a dragon in my life but imma kill it"

QOTD FE Engage: Never played any except for Fire Emblem Heroes, but I've seen playthroughs of FE 3H, Three hopes, and Awakening. For the protagonist, I would've went female mainly because I prefer FeMCs, and I would have named her Astra. But if I picked Male MC, Optimus was one of the names I thought but also Colgate, which is a brand of toothpaste.

(QotD) If I remember correctly, I got after _Three Hopes_ got announced, hoping to play through it before _Hopes_ came out, which I did, and I _did_ like it. The story was admittedly a little basic 😅, but it wasn't _bad,_ and I actually really like hack-and-slashers (hence why I also got the two _Hyrule Warriors_ games, the first one and _Age of Calamity)._ Heck, _Bleach: Soul Resurrección,_ which is basically a _Bleach_ musou, is most likely the PS3 game I've sunk the most hours into over the years. Good times... Anyway, back on topic 😅, I also haven't played _Awakening_ or _Fates,_ so _Warriors_ was actually my introduction to most of the characters from those games. I was _not_ prepared for Camilla. 😳
QOTD1:I have played, FE1,FE7-FE9 and FE13-FE17 though of those i have only finished FE13-FE16, I plan to finish the others, when I have time. in the case of FE17 I stopped right before the final boss to grind supports and lost motivation during that. QOTD2: I had the name stay as Alear, I find the FE avatars the best, if I treat them as their own person.
Welcome to Engage!! I love this game. I thought that I wouldn't like it, but the characters and gameplay grew on me, it became one of my favorite FE. The cutscenes are great too. I also share your favoritism in VAs lol. Marth and Celica's are great

Also, weird thought, but do all Divine Dragons have extremely long nap times, because between Tiki and Alear I feel like there's a pattern... Super looking forward to this! While I agree with the general consensus that the story is lacking, the gameplay more than makes up for it and I'm excited to see a series fan play through this game! QotD 1: I've only played Three Houses, Engage, and Awakening so far, but I'm hoping to do Fates, Path of Radiance, and Radiant Dawn in the near future (and Genealogy if Nintendo ever gets around to doing a remake of it) QotD 2: I pretty much always stick with the default/canon name for characters personally

QOTD1: The first fire emblem game I played was fire emblem awakening, but I never finish it, unfortunately. The next fire emblem game was fire emblem conquest, But I never played the 2 visions. The next fire emblem was fire emblem echoes, Unlike the other ones, I beat the game. The next fire emblem game I played was fire emblem three houses, I really liked Edelgard and Bernadetta #Blackeaglesforlife . The next game is the one we are on, FE Engage Is not as good as FE three houses but that's just my opinion But I still think it's a good game. Okay i been for waiting for this this game is amazing I definitely love it it not good as three houses but I still like the game first naming the Alear Optimus was not i excepted but okay also everyone got their own personal skills Framme grants you avoid by 10 i always use her Clanne grant your hit rate by 10 and vander grant you crit by 5 and Alear is the best adjacent allies deal +3 damage and take 1 less damage so have someone next to him to do more damage Qotd number i have play all the gba games path of radiance radiance dawn shadow dragon awakening fates echoes three houses and this game too heroes too if you count that plus the warriors and three hopes Qotd number 2 i just name him my name because im not good with names to be honest lol
hey, it's been a bit, love to see your videos again (i've been off youtube for a few months) I enjoyed this game but yeah i was one of those that found the story boring and it couldn't hold me or drive me to finish the game. I know i'm in the minority but i'm a huge story guy and it's a bit annoying that nintendo and their studios don't seem to care much about story. even zelda, imo has the potential for a really good story that the devs just don't wanna flesh out. Anyways, i'mma watch this whole LP (possibly 3 or 4 times :3 ) QOTD: yes, i've played all the English released ones to some extent, though i never finished the OG, shadow dragon, or engage even though i still have em. gotta say, i think echos is my fave though the radiance games are fun and i am a 3 houses fan so.... yeah (sorry for the rant)

I think that a lot of fans were disappointed by this game when it came out because it's worse than three houses. But now that it's a year and a half old it's had time to grow on people and most of the fandom is eagerly awaiting whatever's next

(QotD) If I remember correctly, I got after _Three Hopes_ got announced, hoping to play through it before _Hopes_ came out, which I did, and I _did_ like it. The story was admittedly a little basic 😅, but it wasn't _bad,_ and I actually really like hack-and-slashers (hence why I also got the two _Hyrule Warriors_ games, the first one and _Age of Calamity)._ Heck, _Bleach: Soul Resurrección,_ which is basically a _Bleach_ musou, is most likely the PS3 game I've sunk the most hours into over the years. Good times...
Anyway, back on topic 😅, I also haven't played _Awakening_ or _Fates,_ so _Warriors_ was actually my introduction to most of the characters from those games.

QOTD1:I have played, FE1,FE7-FE9 and FE13-FE17 though of those i have only finished FE13-FE16, I plan to finish the others, when I have time. in the case of FE17 I stopped right before the final boss to grind supports and lost motivation during that.
QOTD2: I had the name stay as Alear, I find the FE avatars the best, if I treat them as their own person.
Welcome to Engage!! I love this game. I thought that I wouldn't like it, but the characters and gameplay grew on me, it became one of my favorite FE. The cutscenes are great too. I also share your favoritism in VAs lol. Marth and Celica's are great

Super looking forward to this! While I agree with the general consensus that the story is lacking, the gameplay more than makes up for it and I'm excited to see a series fan play through this game!

QOTD1: The first fire emblem game I played was fire emblem awakening, but I never finish it, unfortunately. The next fire emblem game was fire emblem conquest, But I never played the 2 visions. The next fire emblem was fire emblem echoes, Unlike the other ones, I beat the game. The next fire emblem game I played was fire emblem three houses, I really liked Edelgard and Bernadetta #Blackeaglesforlife . The next game is the one we are on, FE Engage Is not as good as FE three houses but that's just my opinion But I still think it's a good game.

Okay i been for waiting for this this game is amazing I definitely love it it not good as three houses but I still like the game first naming the Alear Optimus was not i excepted but okay also everyone got their own personal skills Framme grants you avoid by 10 i always use her Clanne grant your hit rate by 10 and vander grant you crit by 5 and Alear is the best adjacent allies deal +3 damage and take 1 less damage so have someone next to him to do more damage

hey, it's been a bit, love to see your videos again (i've been off youtube for a few months) I enjoyed this game but yeah i was one of those that found the story boring and it couldn't hold me or drive me to finish the game. I know i'm in the minority but i'm a huge story guy and it's a bit annoying that nintendo and their studios don't seem to care much about story. even zelda, imo has the potential for a really good story that the devs just don't wanna flesh out. Anyways, i'mma watch this whole LP (possibly 3 or 4 times :3 )

2: Like I said before I named my female Alear Raye, a yugioh reference about a girl who fights with a sword, but also uses different mech suits to suit the type of battle who's most famous card includes the term Engage! So bcz of that it was just a perfect fit.

I think that a lot of fans were disappointed by this game when it came out because it's worse than three houses. But now that it's a year and a half old it's had time to grow on people and most of the fandom is eagerly awaiting whatever's next
