Been enjoying your discover series brotha! KORN is goated for sure. If you wanna try some modern HEAVY deathcore music I recommend “Left To Suffer” would love to see what you think lol it ain’t for the faint of heart. Keep up the amazing work🤘🏾
The shout from the first commenter about Soundgarden, Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave were also great suggestions, I recommend. Personally think you’d love Rage Against the Machine the most
TOOL is a trip, but true story - you can skip to the end of your journey and check out Machine Head. The whole Hellalive album is great and be aware they DO sound that good live! The Blood, The Sweat, The Tears and Imperium will blow you away.
At some point you should check out these: Chokehold- Sleep Token, Alkaline- Sleep Token, Divide- The Plot In You, Seven Nation Army- The White Stripes, Dazed and Confused- Led Zeppelin, No One Like You- Scorpions, Paint It Black- The Rolling Stones
The video didn’t do what it was supposed to lmao Nobody requested a lot fr 😂 plus I’m tryna work on creating new content can’t just milk the discoveries ☝🏽
You'd probably like Pantera if you checked them out! Bunch of stuff off of their albums Vulgar Display of Power and Far Beyond Driven is really good. They're considered groove metal first and foremost, but they delve into some thrash-style elements as well, a la Metallica and Megadeth etc.
Can you react to megadeth? theyre metallicas enemy band id really recommend it. if you do check them out id recommend that instead of going to their youtube channel and sorting by most popular to listen to, you should just sesrch up megadeth and filter the search results by view count and youll get not only more popular songs that dont appear on the channel, but the songs will also be more your style
Mmmmm you cooked with this one 🔥 I’ll definitely look into it I’ll put em on my list of discoveries I have I’ll most likely get em! Thank you for recommending this 💯
Okay, you were gassed about a Black man in rock. You never heard of Sevendust. Black is their best track! They're so underrated. Go back further to Living Colour circa 1988. The immoral Chuck D. worked with metal way back to Anthrax' hay-day. Unfortunately Metal has always had an appeal to racial extremism or it would all be as amazing as Sevendust. Who would even want to play to that crowd I'm never going to understand, but it's foolish to not acknowledge it.
If you want a awesome African American guitarist you should chek out a band called "Animals As Leaders". The guys name is Tosin Abasi, dude is amazing. Lots of technical playing, chunky grooves, and pure vibe. Not a ton of vocals though, it is just top tier playing. Might not be worth a dedicated video, but I always love to point out Abasi when I can.

Bet I’ll give em a look, if they sound like 2000-2010s rock then ima fw it
@TaygaVL they started in the 90's but yeah, I'd say they have a more modern sound. The guys name is Lajon Witherspoon and he has an incredible voice.
@@tomsix123 bet if that’s the case then they should be alright with me 😂
Check out Sevendust!! The singer is black
