One can study from any source, whether it’s a standard textbook, RR, BTR, or main videos. However, it’s essential to remember that our primary goal should be to learn the material, not just understand it, especially since we’re studying biology, where memorization is crucial. If you’re able to learn effectively from the standard source, that’s great-go ahead with it. But if not, choose a resource that you can retain and recall easily.

If you are studying both RR and BTR, I suggest integrating the two or, at the very least, creating a single resource by merging content from both. For example, if you find BTR easier to understand, you could add topics from RR that are missing in BTR and include explanations for any concepts that are unclear in BTR. Alternatively, if you prefer using RR as your primary source, make sure to include mnemonics from BTR, as our ultimate goal is to thoroughly learn our material.

No totally not, but certainly do the pyq wala question bank and then you can solve some custom module with some important tags eg clinical , recent neet , recent aiims and image based
