Not every person riding a scooter/ car is a thief. Police personnel need heavy discernment, and self control in exercising authority that is entrusted upon them by virtue of their Noble profession. If the involved police personnel is reading this comment i want to say that you have misused your given power in physically abusing this young boy without proper diligence. What a shame. 1. Carry weapons and perform duty in civil dress and also use private vehicles to chase other vehicles.
3. Why didn't the police check the registration number online?
4.The police personnel who were involved in the incidents must suspend immediately and start inquiry for the same.
Without saying they are police personnel, they should not attack even culprits leave alone innocent. If they stop someone for questioning, the person who is being stopped has the right to know who is stopping him

Are the police here for the safety of the public or the police here to show their dominance over the public ?? Very disappointing Nagaland Police.m. I think an educated policemen will never beat up a young kid for such a small mistake. A small warning will be more than enough.
No offence to anyone but if such kind of incident will happen to u that time u will realise what the kid will be going through.
My honest opinion to this , the government should pay for all the medical fees + the police personnel on duty should either be suspended or be fired from the position .

I was stopped by a man claiming to be police around train station last year on the 9 sept.
I demanded he show me his ID but he was in denial, thankfully a police in proper dress code came and resolved the issue.
