Ideally you'd like an ultimate but these are very rare (around 1/6k for one), and supremes are around 1/800. Most of the time you'll get trans seahorses. A good trans seahorse can reach 22-23k damage (with maxed projectile speed), a good supreme seahorse can reach up to 30k and ultimate can reach even higher numbers
