    Honda built the AC15 to commemorate the successful 1962 Honda CR110 single cylinder racer. Showing the 1960s style were short racing handlebars and an elongated and low-profile fuel tank.
    The frame was a diamond design with a reinforced single front down tube bolting to the engine's crankcase. The top of the frame was a reinforced double-tube over and under configuration meeting a multi-tube box under the rider.
    Front and rear disc brakes were standard and unusual for a small displacement motorcycle.
    The engine was a rare design for 50 cubic centimeters, having a single cylinder with double overhead camshafts.

    Basically takes the 50cc 4 stroke engine to the very peak of its real world street capabilities - it can sustain manageable speeds uphill, makes enough torque in the midrange & all the while demonstrates a racey high revving dohc engine.
    There is probably no way to make a better performing 50cc 4 stroke vehicle for the street & real world applications than the honda Dream50 and that’s why its my favorite vehicle ever built because it is the essence of minimalism in that it doesnt even require a true license due to its tiny engine displacement but literally every other part of this bike is polished and engineered to perfection to achieve and master the role of every component, this is the closest thing the automotive/motorcycle industry has created to a good fast arabian horse and saddle.

    I am also on the same machine in Japan. The same with a Takegawa CDI.
    It's a lot of fun to keep this machine running above 10000 rpm!

    Damn... thats a thing of beauty. Amazing super rare bike. Never riden one and never seen one but i know that the dream is one hell of a motorcycle even though its 50cc glad to see one running in cyprus in such pristine condition. Very nice! 👌

    QUESTION: Double pipe in order to obtain better refrigeration of the engine? Milesker for the answer. Great machine, amazing. Less is more.

    Such a gorgeous bike am looking to pick one up in the UK currently but am making sure it is already fitted with the cdi. What’s your weight if you don’t mind me asking? It really flies with you on it! 🙏

      I am 1.76 72kg and yes for a 50cc bike thats fast with the takegawa derestriction can hit 110km top speed

      You will need the takegawa cdi derestriction modul is very rare find , that way will gain full top speed up to 90km downhill :)

      K1 Gang- mine is in Seattle WA, USA. Love it but still always on the lookout for a Dream 50 as well- but only if I can mod the Dream because I'm sure our K1's have it beat unless de restricted.
