The key to Mission 29 is to: 1. Get Quiet her Anti-materiel sniper rifle by rushing research via concerning numbers of Fulton extractions 2. Make sure she is max bond level by sacrificing enemy soldiers 3. Run around Nova Braga like your life depends on it once the mission starts Trust me, Quiet makes quick work of the Skulls.

Mgrr really could've used a crouch function, but a devil may cry style hack n slash game doesn't really require stealth since you're mostly trying to master the combat instead of trying to master stealthily edge walking through a district full of unrealistically perceptive enemies
Yeah, I can appreciate their attempt to keep the stealth roots the way they did, but I’m also glad they knew what kind of game they were making and focused on all the amazing different ways to dissect the enemies
Such a shame that the game doesn't have an HF blade equivalent, I'd love to see a challenge run that follows specifically MGR rules. Blade kills almost all the time with some nades and rockets

For Mission 9 I used to do the following: •Start at the bottom left •walk to the path where a tank drives by (it starts driving from the nearby outpost after exactly 1min) •distract it with buddy (D Horse or D Dog) •Fulton it •walk to the edge of the mission and *smoke that w e e d* ...ahem I mean use a cigar until the mission is over •simply walk out The No Trace bonus is more than enough to S-Rank it :b
Important Edit: You can only get the No Traces Bonus if you don't lose the cardboard box so leaving it on the ground will ruin the S Rank, I recommend D Horse.

As in only using weapons from MGR? I've done that - the weapon combo of a Pistol, Homing Launcher & Shotgun (as a stand-in for Sam's Murasama), alongside Support Weapons makes for an "interesting" change-up on how one might normally undertake missions n MGSV.
Great question, and one that's really got me thinking of the possibilities here. I mean, how about learning if Raiden from MGR can beat Mario 64? The Koopa Army would shit at seeing this guy charging at them leaving a bloody mess in his wake of dissected/bisected Goombas, Koopas, etc. You'd reach the Bowser boss battle and he'd just be gone & left a note saying something like, "Fuck this!"

A thing I realized about mgs5 tpp is that to s rank missions is to just do it and don't think, just walk through quickly and try your best not to kill anybody, where the bees sleep is either the hardest or the easiest mission in the game depending on how you approach it, if you enter through the right side and stay right, you can pretty much just walk through, if you go in through the left and pick them off, you'll end up taking too long no matter how well you do you won't get enough points for the s rank

Seeing as you mention a few tips from your comments I'll add another one you might not know. When sneaking in to OKB Zero, you can just deploy with a car, throw a smoke grenade into the seat before you start going up towards the base, and just drive in. Depending on the smoke grenade level, you might want to stop and throw another one at some point.
Like on the driver seat? Because if that happens it would be funny to imagine that Big Boss is sitting on a smoke grenade while driving towards the base. Yes it might be uncomfortable because it will be hot but hey still funny nonetheless
I find it funny that you can sabotage all bases that you do in mission in free roam. Then do the mission or send your troops in mother base to take enemies buffs (armor, land mines etc) so you dont have to put up with there b.s.

After hearing your thoughts on Quiet(totally right btw),an idea I have is "Can you beat MGSV as Quiet?". I think there are mods for it,but idk cause I play on Console. Rules are that you can only use snipers,stealth camo,cqc(due to quiet's melee fights)and the wormhole Fulton(just for convenience). You can decide on if you want to bring along the real quiet(making the two of you like the Skull Snipers),but can't have any of the other companions. Chopper minigun can also be allowed for convenience Other than that,love the vid man,keep up the good work.

Honestly I don't mind you using reflex mode but I wish you did it for the Solid Snake run to replicate the difficulty of MGS In that game if guards had spotted you had to fight the guard or flight to the elevator But it doesn't really matter as long as you had fun with the challenge Sometimes you want to see someone enjoying themselves instead of constant masochist jokes, sometimes not joke

Diamond Dogs were hired to murder those children, and that's why there's a tape rolling, as a proof that they actually did it. So, while that reveal was supposed to be a shocking reveal to the player, Venom was briefed on the details beforehand. Murdering children was never on the table, but they needed to make the client think that it was

From 2008 to 2015 it was a good time to be an MGS fans like in 2008 we had MGS4 and the Online mode and in 2011 we had MGS HD Collection and in 2012 we had MGS legacy Collection then in 2013 we had MGRevengance and in 2014 we had Ground Zeros and in 2015 we finally had MGSV

Can't wait for a MGSV: GZ Big Boss challenge aswell as the Naked Snake challenge. GZ Big Boss would need you to recreate his equipment in the main mission in Ground Zeros, and you're free to use pretty much any equipment, but it must be attained via OSP (Or if you wanna put Peace Walker into the formula, you can also grab any weapons you've researched.) By the end of the playthrough Big Boss MUST (if you haven't done the side missions already) find and return his lost Mother Base soldiers, and help Paz with her memory. Naked Snake can use all replicas of weapons used in MGS3. All weapons but your Handgun must be gained via OSP. Certain items are fine to deploy with (C4, Boxes, Decoys[?], and Empty Mags.) Vehicles are not allowed (Using trucks with a box is perfectly fine), and emplacement guns are also banned. Any equipment gained via OSP is permitted to be selected for the next deployment (You find a Honey Bee, you can deploy with a Honey Bee.) Hope that helps as a base for both challenge runs? Not sure how Gray Fox would work as I don't know who Gray Fox is.

My last suggestion was "Do MGSV as Revolver Ocelot with the tornado 6s" and after that my new reccomendation is "Can you complete MGSV as "Punished" Venom Snake." Rules for Venom Snake are Do whatever you fuckin want and use whatever you fuckin want and play how you fuckin want.
in where the bees sleep, for mountain relay base you can stn 2 guys at the start then go to left on the mountain near the big boards and just run through it to the other side totally avoiding bridge
vehicles will stop for a fucking cardboard box but not for the realistic inflatable life-size balloon that very much resembles a human being. what the fuck
11:48. This Mission is one of my Favorites. Next time you try this. Bring an EMN mine. It'll stop the Lead vehicle. And so long as it doesnt have a turent it wont look behind itself. I use them on Occupation Forces too. It stops tanks and entire Convoys dead in their tracks.
That’s the run I’m probably most excited for in terms of how the gameplay will be since Gray Fox only has a single usable weapon in MGSV, so it’ll be mostly CQC.
9:39 Can't really blame you since the only way I knew how to stop cars was to toss grenades and that very same one I tossed it and they drove over as it blew up. The prisoner was still alive! But as I fultoned him the car blew up and that killed him. I then watched in sorrow as my stupidity has just lead to me extracting a charred corpse

My fave way to play mgsv is to play the whole game like im trying to get the big boss emblem from mgs4. No alerts, no kills, no special items, etc. Incredibly difficult but very fun
also, if you need advice on your ns run just ask us, you should have plenty of gear and camo to use because a lot of the camo in mgs3 is in tpp as well as some of the weapons: for them I’d recommend the svg-76 for the ak47, you can also use the am mrs-4LS as the patriot, For pistols:the am D114LB-45 as the 45 costum and for the tranq maybe the burkov tb or the WU, cigar of course phantom cigar, and any of the camo that was in mgs3 that you can use in tpp, assuming you have the dlc:) hope this helps with your run, look forward to seeing it. Tbf, in MGS2, the original cover for the SSS project from the Patriots was the Solid Snake Selection process, where they used VR training to try to make Raiden into a copy of Solid Snake and even modeled the enemy and mission of MGS2 after MGS1, so even Raiden to some degree was a rip off of Solid Snake, even having the Snake codename at the beginning of his section in MGS2

There is plenty of proof he betrayed both BB in peace walker AND Venom in TPP. 1. In GZ main missions kaz tells the player "the rain was coming down just as hard the day we met Paz. *can't believe we ever bought that cover story". But in Peace Walker ending he admitted that he knew who Paz and the professor were all along and that he brought them to Colombia in the first place.* 2. In TPP mission 30 where you confront Skull Face, you can find Diamond Dogs containers in the enemy's head quarter, right before you walk up to the helipad to start the cutsceene, look to the left and zoome in on the containers. Someone sold or gave our supplies to XOF and who runs business at mother base? Exactly Kaz. *Oh the same containers can be found in nufanda oilfield but whitout the Diamond Dogs logo so it's not just reused assets or a mistake* 3. Code Talker gives you a direct warning through the parasites he says "eyes on kazuhira, a message from the parasites" to Venom. 4. *Who is always against "new" ppl on mother base like Quiet or Huey? Who tries anything to make them look like spy's or traitors? Who has his separate unit in Diamond Dogs pointing Guns at you when you come back with Quiet? It's always Kaz* Sorry for that paragraph I don't even know if you care about the lore that much😅 you just seem like a passionate fun guy so I thought I could let you know some "hidden details" in mgsv😂 *Ps. a tip If armored guy sees you and you don't have anything to punch throught armor and you have raidan suit just sprirt at him as faster than he can take react to(when your spotted there is extra time for you is window) and dive on too him and quick aim at him whens he trys stand or with enongh practice just stop spiriting when close enongh to CQC and do what you must bounes tip it works also for shield guy,kids and person you can't or don't want to kill and if your pro you can do it without radian suit without reflex it the best methed to save you self from mistakes
So I'm back and recently got to the quiet fight. A you cant leave the mission. B I feel over here on the PlayStation all the tanks are giga tanks. And C you forgot the box is a thing as it can save you from a tank shell so I use it for tanking a shell and then backing off to regenerate health but honesty it sucks. Also you make good entertaining videos to be honest.

Getting every task in this game is such a pain and there are Numerous glitched ones that don't register even though u did them

Seeing as you mention a few tips from your comments I'll add another one you might not know. When sneaking in to OKB Zero, you can just deploy with a car, throw a smoke grenade into the seat before you start going up towards the base, and just drive in. Depending on the smoke grenade level, you might want to stop and throw another one at some point.

I find it funny that you can sabotage all bases that you do in mission in free roam. Then do the mission or send your troops in mother base to take enemies buffs (armor, land mines etc) so you dont have to put up with there b.s.
By the way the metal gear has weak point in the back of the head....

After hearing your thoughts on Quiet(totally right btw),an idea I have is "Can you beat MGSV as Quiet?". I think there are mods for it,but idk cause I play on Console.
Rules are that you can only use snipers,stealth camo,cqc(due to quiet's melee fights)and the wormhole Fulton(just for convenience).
You can decide on if you want to bring along the real quiet(making the two of you like the Skull Snipers),but can't have any of the other companions.
Chopper minigun can also be allowed for convenience

Honestly I don't mind you using reflex mode but I wish you did it for the Solid Snake run to replicate the difficulty of MGS
In that game if guards had spotted you had to fight the guard or flight to the elevator
But it doesn't really matter as long as you had fun with the challenge

That mission is 'contract work'. Diamond Dogs were hired to murder those children, and that's why there's a tape rolling, as a proof that they actually did it. So, while that reveal was supposed to be a shocking reveal to the player, Venom was briefed on the details beforehand. Murdering children was never on the table, but they needed to make the client think that it was

For sure! That was the original plan for this run, but after doing a poll before recording, the order came out to be Raiden, Naked Snake, Big Boss (GZ), and then Gray Fox, with even more runs requested after that!

Can't wait for a MGSV: GZ Big Boss challenge aswell as the Naked Snake challenge.
GZ Big Boss would need you to recreate his equipment in the main mission in Ground Zeros, and you're free to use pretty much any equipment, but it must be attained via OSP (Or if you wanna put Peace Walker into the formula, you can also grab any weapons you've researched.) By the end of the playthrough Big Boss MUST (if you haven't done the side missions already) find and return his lost Mother Base soldiers, and help Paz with her memory.
Naked Snake can use all replicas of weapons used in MGS3. All weapons but your Handgun must be gained via OSP. Certain items are fine to deploy with (C4, Boxes, Decoys[?], and Empty Mags.) Vehicles are not allowed (Using trucks with a box is perfectly fine), and emplacement guns are also banned. Any equipment gained via OSP is permitted to be selected for the next deployment (You find a Honey Bee, you can deploy with a Honey Bee.)
Hope that helps as a base for both challenge runs? Not sure how Gray Fox would work as I don't know who Gray Fox is.

My last suggestion was "Do MGSV as Revolver Ocelot with the tornado 6s" and after that my new reccomendation is "Can you complete MGSV as "Punished" Venom Snake." Rules for Venom Snake are Do whatever you fuckin want and use whatever you fuckin want and play how you fuckin want.

That’s the run I’m probably most excited for in terms of how the gameplay will be since Gray Fox only has a single usable weapon in MGSV, so it’ll be mostly CQC.

But as I fultoned him the car blew up and that killed him. I then watched in sorrow as my stupidity has just lead to me extracting a charred corpse

My fave way to play mgsv is to play the whole game like im trying to get the big boss emblem from mgs4. No alerts, no kills, no special items, etc. Incredibly difficult but very fun

also, if you need advice on your ns run just ask us, you should have plenty of gear and camo to use because a lot of the camo in mgs3 is in tpp as well as some of the weapons: for them I’d recommend the svg-76 for the ak47, you can also use the am mrs-4LS as the patriot,
For pistols:the am D114LB-45 as the 45 costum and for the tranq maybe the burkov tb or the WU, cigar of course phantom cigar, and any of the camo that was in mgs3 that you can use in tpp, assuming you have the dlc:) hope this helps with your run, look forward to seeing it. Your pretty good🫡
Raiden and BB/NS are the only MG main characters that are not rip offs.
Tbf, in MGS2, the original cover for the SSS project from the Patriots was the Solid Snake Selection process, where they used VR training to try to make Raiden into a copy of Solid Snake and even modeled the enemy and mission of MGS2 after MGS1, so even Raiden to some degree was a rip off of Solid Snake, even having the Snake codename at the beginning of his section in MGS2

@@redfoxrpg cool man awesome job just found your content😊 I am at the point where you talk about kaz and let me tell you you are right, he implies killing them, but that's not so out of character for him. There is plenty of proof he betrayed both BB in peace walker AND Venom in TPP.
1. In GZ main missions kaz tells the player "the rain was coming down just as hard the day we met Paz. *can't believe we ever bought that cover story". But in Peace Walker ending he admitted that he knew who Paz and the professor were all along and that he brought them to Colombia in the first place.*
2. In TPP mission 30 where you confront Skull Face, you can find Diamond Dogs containers in the enemy's head quarter, right before you walk up to the helipad to start the cutsceene, look to the left and zoome in on the containers. Someone sold or gave our supplies to XOF and who runs business at mother base? Exactly Kaz. *Oh the same containers can be found in nufanda oilfield but whitout the Diamond Dogs logo so it's not just reused assets or a mistake*
3. Code Talker gives you a direct warning through the parasites he says "eyes on kazuhira, a message from the parasites" to Venom.
4. *Who is always against "new" ppl on mother base like Quiet or Huey? Who tries anything to make them look like spy's or traitors? Who has his separate unit in Diamond Dogs pointing Guns at you when you come back with Quiet? It's always Kaz*

just sprirt at him as faster than he can take react to(when your spotted there is extra time for you is window) and dive on too him and quick aim at him whens he trys stand
or with enongh practice just stop spiriting when close enongh to CQC and do what you must
bounes tip it works also for shield guy,kids and person you can't or don't want to kill
and if your pro you can do it without radian suit
without reflex it the best methed to save you self from mistakes

So I'm back and recently got to the quiet fight. A you cant leave the mission. B I feel over here on the PlayStation all the tanks are giga tanks. And C you forgot the box is a thing as it can save you from a tank shell so I use it for tanking a shell and then backing off to regenerate health but honesty it sucks. Also you make good entertaining videos to be honest.
