- Hello everyone, this is Schuyler.
In this video I have spoken about some of the mistakes that were made by me in my CA foundation exam. These are very common mistakes and you should try to avoid them.
1. Panic in the exams:
2. Time Management: Not being able to complete the paper on time
3. Discussing the paper after exams
4. Not making a proper plan for the 1.5 days before the exam and not using the 15 mins reading time given for Accounts and Law in the exam

Congratulations to u first of all...!!!🎉I am a student who will be writing CA Inter exams by May 2025 and I am confused with ordering books because taxation book is not amended yet ,Should I buy books now or wait?What have u done?
Thank you. I have just checked the icai website and seen that ICAI has come with revised study material for all subjects including taxation. But in tax, only the 1st chp pdf is there. Also the revised study material has not yet come on the cds portal. So, since you have waited for so long I would suggest you to wait till end of sept. I had already placed my order for books on cds before alongwith my friend. So I have got the old study material for tax but the classes have given me the updated material. So no worries

Are sections, case laws and facts of the case very important in the answers?

1st priority to Provision ie what the law says about that particular thing asked in the question
2nd priority to Section No.
Don't write the right provision and wrong section No. , varna 0 mks
Case law only names and where it was applicable (NO details about case)
