Lauki ki Muthiya | Bottlegourd Muthia | Gujarati Snacks | Indian Snacks | Sunita Agarwal
Ingredients Required-
400 grm bottle gourd
1.5 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/4 cup gram flour
2 tsp ginger garlic chilli paste
3 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tsp oil
1 tbsp water
1 tsp salt or per taste
For tempering
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp sesame seeds
3 dry red chilli
Chopped coriander leaves
