Hi Ronna, I have a craft closet and I hang all my threads in numerical order and by brand, on the long clothes rod. I have them all on labeled floss drops, and use metal shower curtain hooks to hold each floss drop on the rod. I can slide them all back and forth on the rod easily to look for ones I need. It's nice to be able to see the color groups hanging there, if I want to change a called for color out for another.
It’s good to have some kind of organisation, I did have all my dmc threads in plastic bobbin boxes but a lot were put into projects that needless to say are still not finished, and now the master set of threads is scattered all over the place in different zip bags, I use cxc threads too and the intention was to store them the same, as I got the whole set of approx 400 +. So chaos rules here with threads 😅 Ty for sharing, that filing box is a good idea, love all the dolls in the background , you’ve quite a collection now ❤ ps.. you’ve uploaded 2 of the same video 🙂
