Hey Chris one thing I was hoping you would’ve talked about was with the basic receiver how do you trim it out without any trim tabs now that you don’t have gyros enabled, do they still let you use auto trim features?

I use Pulse 3s 2250mah and get 4-5 mins
Hey Chris, nice video. Couple of questions if I may. How do you trim the aircraft? Do you have to fly it, land, it put trim in and then go and re-fly? Also from my understanding this unit is actually a Vbar NEO but with downgraded software in it? Therefore could I install this software on one of my heli NEO's, but still keep the license for my heli neo? Do you have projected cost for these units? 'Sideline comment', its strange not to have a servo reverse function and you have to frigg the software...kind of...to reverse the servos. Sorry for all the questions :)
mattielodge I didn't have to trim my airplane as I had already had a NEO with Vplane on it. You setup one of the rotary knobs to trim the model. I haven't played with it yet though. Not sure if you can downgrade from a NEO plug in your NEO and Vcontrol for the latest updates and see if the new software option appears.

Hey Chris, while mounting the motor, do we need to worry about mounting at an angle and left or right, or just mount flat and fully straight. (Because I can't see anything in the manual for this)
It’s a foamie you can mount it straight. If you have use issues you can’t trim out your can always add some right angle thrust with washer it needed.
Can or can't trim out? Must be a typo. Yea ok cool, i m gonna try with straight. Also sorry for another dumb qn, how have you placed your electronics, got close up pics by any chance?

chris can you use a Vbar on a something like the Blade Theory where it only has 2 elevons and no tail?
I'm not familiar with the V control transmitter, I don't see any trim tabs on the face of the transmitter. How do you trim the plane while it's in flight?
