The print is the print, but I genuinely wonder how many parts get drawn with machined features so they look like cleaned-up castings when it’d be faster to machine the essentials and leave a little bulk on it.
I'm also curious. How do you write your programs? I'm not a lathe guy. I've know a lot of lathe guys that just bang it out on the controller. A video going over your programming methods would be cool.
Pozdrawiam, Bart (UK)
Wieviel Vorgabezeit bekommst du dafür ? Geschätzt 400 Minuten ?War selbst cnc Karusseller. How much default time do you get for it?Estimated 400 minutes? Was CNC caroussell even.
Pre-milling that Axial Groove is quite the time and pants saver, I've been in the business for over 16 years now and, still, I wouldn't say I like this kind of operation on large parts...
Beautiful work, nice to hear the sound of the inserts cutting. Thanks
Magnifique travail, comme toujours.
Merci pour cette nouvelle video

Excellent work Chris, keep it going!
CNC is so cool for jobs like this with tapers and radii. Too bad you don’t have the time to show how you program the moves. Thanks for sharing.
sometimes he shows a little . He uses the fanuc manual guide i . if you search for that , you will find some tutorials .
He uses conversational programming. Actually really easy to program, knowing what to program it to do, is not easy.
Beautiful work, as usual.
I find it interesting the scope of parts you show on this channel
Roughing this face groove could have been a real pain 😮 nice work!
Very nice job...Thank You...

👍👍👍🤘
the coolant should be directly on the cutting tool, not on the part.

It looks like you're gonna need a Karen to do your filming if you ever hope to get a bunch of subscribers like CEE
