The Bible (which is God's revealed word to mankind) teaches that you must be born again to go to heaven. It tells us that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and none of us is good enough to go to heaven by our own merit or works, but all those who repent of their sins and put their faith in Christ, who died for the sins of the world, and was resurrected, proving He was God in the flesh, will be saved and have eternal life! The Lord Jesus said that He is the way the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him, and if we love Him, we will keep His commandments and follow Him! ✝️

Whenever I am afraid of going to sleep, I listen to your videos, they're very relaxing and helps me calm down. Im mostly afraid of the dark, but the spiritual light is like a switch for me. I know I should not be afraid, cause the only thing I should be afraid of is God. ❤
Try closing your eyes sitting on your bed when you know you have people around you in the house better a comfort to you purposely put yourself on your bed in a comfortable spot or position close your eyes take a deep breath and count of six hold the breath count of three can as you release your breath on account of nine tell your mind there's nothing to fear you are safe even in the darkness God is there. Few minutes at a time every time you do it in your mind's eye with your eyes closed look around you in that darkness touching and feeling the bed under you knowing you are safe try it ask the Holy Spirit to stay closed within you in that darkness be still and know that you are w God, more importantly God is always with you❤

It's 5 am and the evening and night didn't go too well. Lots of emotions and misunderstandings and even fights. Everyone is hopefully fine but this seemed a good way to calm down / rewind and hopefully fall asleep to.

Even though I'm not a Christian, I enjoy hearing the messages the Bible has in it. It's usually messaging about spreading joy, gratitude, and love, which I think any person should stand by, no matter what they believe! The idea of a guy who would do anything to make others happy is a good model to follow :)
