Derek was my favorite out of 212 and was he became even more of my favorite throughout the year! I told everyone he was going to be Top 3! But everybody doubted me!
He already got the special invite without ever having won a open pro show. He should use the opportunity to prove himself fully and get that Arnold classic, then winning the mr o later in the year that would just be outstanding. Create that legacy Derek

Shawn says a ton of stupid things, but also make a ton of good points in this podcast and in general. I had Hadi but Derrick did one of the best jobs I’ve seen in recent bodybuilding history. Like what an impact he made on that open stage. He can get it!!!
With all the respect, Phil’s back double is in a league of its own. Just the bicep peaks alone make this pose superior than derek’s. Derek can still improve though.

Even Jay Cutler took his "BLOCKY" word back. Milos also mentioned how good Hadi's X frame has become. Hadi was blocky in the beginning but now he has improved it considerably and to the point that his waist is not wide at all
Derek has better overall structure than Phil with his clavicle width but that back double bicep still is not as detailed as Phil was, Phil was probably a couple percent sharper and more detail. Wheeler is right he has to flex that right rear hamstring also with the calf back.👍🏽
