Unfortunately word is Hardy was not the easiest co-star to act with for Charlize Theron. Probably would’ve continued the series. So instead, they made the prequel. Also, when Joe called Nox “mediocre “ not finna lie…shit cut deep.

Also as far as I know they never planned on continuing Fury Road.
They already had Stories for what happened to these two characters before Fury Road. And they knew if Fury Road does well they wanted to do two prequels after that.
George Miller always planned to do a prequel about Furiosa. The film just got pushed back because he had some legal battles with Warner Bros. I don’t think it had anything to do with Tom Hardy being a drama queen on set. He’d probably work with him again. I think he always planned to do a Fury Road sequel as well, but since Furiosa isn’t doing too well at the box office, I doubt that’s gonna happen now sadly.
Wow, I am surprised that Hardy was difficult. 😳.

@@beingputonwithbernie He has apologized to Charlize and also apologized to George Miller in public at the Cannes Press Conference and said that he loved the movie. I don't blame him really. This movie looks uncomfortable to shoot.
