Hi ! It is like Dior merged a Lady Dior and a Chanel classic flap into this model 😍. Plus the combination of gold and light grey is sublime .

I love this bag but I can’t stand gold hardware and this gold is so darn bright yellow. I would absolutely prefer a Cairo to the CF. I love for my Black Reissue with ruthenium hardware and a Cairo with silver hardware would be an amazing addition to my handbag collection.
@@myhubbyislouisvuitton4218 I love that we all love different things. I love gold hardware. The Caro definitely comes with enamel or resin hardware too. I hope you find one you love.
@@Wildunfiltered This world would be so boring if we all liked the same thing, it would be like wearing a school uniform. Different strokes for different folks is something I find myself saying quite a lot.

I love this bag. A medium has been on my list since I saw Meredith’s review. I love the denim ones she has with the enamel/coloured CD turnlock.

I have the black in large. Got it right when it came out and it looks brand new still. It fits a mini iPad and a diaper for my toddler. Plus so much more. It’s the perfect shoulder bag

So glad you reviewed this bag….I know everyone loves the Lady Dior but I just couldn’t get with it. But this one is another story..I was just in Dior in Vegas and I didn’t even notice it..I looked at the d-Joy..but it didn’t do it for me either. Now I have to go back and take a look at this one. I hope the small will work for me….thank so much for this review!

I’ve admired the medium Caro from afar for a while as it’s got the cannage pattern but I’m not sure a lady dior is for me (I’m not v lady-like!). However, now, thanks to this video, I’ve discovered the chain strap is removable I’m even more
Interested. Being able to put on a thick, fabric cross body strap for the day and have the chain strap for evening makes it the perfect day to night bag, and incredibly versatile/perfect for travelling. I’ve been eyeing up the Fendi baguette/c’mon bags for the same reason.
Yes I didn’t know that the chain came off either until recently. You can def add a guitar strap and make it look more edgy. I think the fendi baguette is gorgeous too but the Caro is very luxurious because of the cannage. I am also thinking of getting a short chain to add a little top handle from Etsy etc as an option. X
The long wallet is called the Porte Tresor International wallet. I have one in charcoal grey monogram mat leather with the matching four ring key holder and agenda. I love that wallet but I haven’t wore it or my matching pieces in years but I’ll never get rid of my push presents.

There’s really not a lot of reviews about this bag. I’m not buying more bags anymore but this one would be on my list if I would add more!

I have it, same size and color but the chain is in sort of silver patina, graphite more- I was told these are extremely rare and that year when I bought it Dior made like two of those🫣It’s a lovely bag but a bit small - I had to buy everything smaller to fit in the stuff I normally wear, including my wallet and toothbrush 😅 I moved to Hermes Picotine a few months later, but I will go back to it. I don’t want to sell it cause I will only lose money on it.

I must have room for my phone, car key fob, and wallet. A second must have would be room for sunglasses. It doesn’t look like it’s large enough for those 4 items.
I can definitely fit in my cardholder keys phone and sunglasses. It would depend if your wallet is bigger than a cardholder. If you prefer more space then the medium is a fabulous size x

The Lady Dior doesn’t hold its value, but actually the Caro bag seems to retain close to retail value on the pre-loved market. Sadly, The Lady Dior value depreciation is similar to the LV Capucines… and I cannot comprehend how or why this is. The Capucine can be found for half price on the aftermarket but a used Canvas Neverfull goes for almost full price?! So strange … I find this odd and heartbreaking that the high-level craftsmanship bag with taurillon leather that is the crown of LV brand depreciates at such a significant contrast to a textile lined canvas tote.
Oh yes, there she is, the massive mega-wallet! 🤣 This Caro is sublime, the colours, the style, everything. 🩵🩶🌟
