Saw this video and just want to let you know about management fields. Through management course you can opt for a consulting role, finance and many more.. I graduated from bayes and got a job as a consultant and 'yes' there are jobs related to management field. Just believe in yourself and dive in. Don't worry whether you'll land at job or not, eventually you get a job. Just target top 150 universities and that's it.
