I am looking for some clarity on the ENS, there are two streams 1 direct entry that requires 3 years full time employment with the nomimating employer and a skills assessment and the TSS stream that requires 3 years work experience during the TSS Medium Stream visa. The ENS direct entry makes no mention of excluding people who currently have a TSS medium term visa so can someone with tss medium term visa apply for ens direct entry?
I can see no sense to why they would punish someone for being more commited through visas by making them work for longer by having to choose a different ENS stream. If I can choose the ENS direct stream I will save 1 year and 11 months that I would have to work for.

Thats not what I was asking
on the ENS page there are two streams, one of which labelled for the tss route but the other direct entry one has lower work history requirements and does not say it excludes people who are on a TSS visa
I have 6 mths work experience in IT and am offshore. Since I have less than 2 yra work experience, no matter even if I find sponsorship work I won't be able to have 482 visa granted, right?
Dear Ashani Yapa, I found that there is a possible PR pathway for STSOL in the government´s official website: "if eligible, apply for permanent residence" . Do you think that this is not updated? Thanks

There are some exceptions apply in some instances where you can apply for PR through other streams
But not through 482 TRT unless you held a 457 before 2017

Hi Ashani. I'm Dasun here. We've applied for 482 visas. We are currently live in Melbourne. My wife’s employer has sponsored her as a junior accountant. The first step was successful. And we've applied to the nomination.it's been 2 weeks. Normally how long does it take to get the nomination approved? And is there any possible chances to get it rejected? Thank you very much.

Hi, if u are going with acs(IT), acs will deduct 4 years. If u go with mechanical related..skill assess the have different criteria.

General IELTS is fine for Subclass 485 visa. You needs a provisional skills Assesment if you are applying under graduate work stream.
