I've noticed most of those who believe in tongues and healing but don't operate in those gifts themselves, are the ones who are the most piercingly critcal of those who are operating in such gifts. They put out a plethora of critical content on who they deem are "false," yet they never point to anyone who is genuinely walking in these gifts of the Holy Spirit. Jesus warned us not to try and uproot who we think may be tares, because in doing so we may uproot the wheat and destroy the faith of many. Let's follow Jesus!
I’m literally 57 seconds into the video and I have to stop and make this post. Not everybody is at a level of revelation as others! Sometimes the Lord will give people revelation, quick and fast and understanding, and they can easily and quickly operate in those things. But some people have a lot of things attacking them in life and hindering them. Maybe the enemy sees how much of a call there is on their life and is attacking them every which way! Maybe it’s taking them a little while and they really want to believe, but it’s taking them a little longer to grasp the revelation to operate in those things. Not everyone is ever learning and denying the power! Some people are just reading and confessing and reading and confessing and think they’ve got it when in reality they don’t. God is not intellectual and what I mean by that is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord. The Lord is Spirit and truth! You cannot operate in something that has not become revelation to your spirit! Just because it in your mind, and you can quote I t quicker than you can blink does not mean this revelation to your spirit. You will know when something is revelation to your spirit because it’ll hit your spirit, and it will draw you closer to the Lord in that area. It’ll bring light to your understanding, and it brings revelation to your spirit! So bro, I can see where you’re coming from, but however, you cannot put everybody in that category. I will still listen to you and I still love you my brother.
This is true, but I don't think Jeremiah was saying everyone is the same. Prophets tend to be black and white, all or nothing, etc. However, I agree with you. I know of people who had such fear and traditions of men blocking them from the gifts, but now they operate in the gifts more than I do! I think Jeremiah is talking about the religious pretenders and hypocrites who care more about the outward appearance than the heart. Those are the ones who you described having a head knowledge but no heart revelation. That's scary. Have mercy on us Jesus!
This is one of those messages where you sit, watch the entire thing and take it in. It’s pure wisdom, if you listened to the entire thing and learn before commenting maybe you’d get something out of it.
