This interview was eye opening, I don’t mind admitting I was blown away by the technical knowledge dumped into the lens by Tom. Big thank you to Daiwa for the insight!

How much does Tom Slater know, such an unassuming bloke but is putting Australia on the world stage of tackle design. Well done Tom and kudos to your efforts over the years working on products that are coming through and doing well.

Great video, mate. Yes, I tried the jigheads out yesterday, and there was no sliding down the jighead, no more super glue needed or lifting the plastic over the jighead eye, and yep, even caught some fish and did not move thanks 👍 for the heads up

@@ByronTeaHill I was a bit of a self described sceptic for a while, but I finally decided to give them a go. The confidence I had that the lure isn't going to "slip" down for me is the thing that I liked most. Very keen to see what they are going to release next!

Brilliant video mate, would love to see more of of these deep dives on tackle tech if other companies are willing to share.
I agreed with you on Instagram about the company that does the copy and paste on everyone else’s lures…. And you blocked me 😅🥲
First packet of these I got is for my Jewie fishing off the beach and estuary entrance. The way the big plastics sit on the bottom with the jig head design… you can feel the difference, the way the plastics tail vibrates in the current rather than just sitting flat on the bottom/or dead vertical and not letting the tail thump. And the keeper is brilliant for keeping your plastics when crabs are around
