Beautiful snowflake! ❄️❄️❄️ Isn't it a blessing when you finally get clarity when you are having moments of overwhelm. ❤ I hope you come up with the perfect plan to help manage the craziness of the holidays so you can take pleasure in all of the events while managing your health. It can be so hard to do, though. ❤
Thank you! ❄️ Yeah, I was happy to know why I felt so emotional. But I think we have found a good solution for Christmas. Will see if it works out! Hope you came back from your seminar full of ideas! Take care! ♡
Hello darling, I hear you completely. You handled it so well. I do feel sorry for your big Christmases. I remember doing them a long time ago. I don’t do them any more as a family has reduced due to death. I’m very lucky this year. My daughter-in-law is hosting Christmas lunch. My daughter is cooking. I’ll be cooking. Will all throw it together will be wonderful. Lots of love darling. Lovely video. I’m jealous of that cheesecake you can have. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🇦🇺
Yeah... I used to love big gatherings. Well, not anymore. It is just too much. Every family is a reasonable fit l for one meal. So, at least it is not just on one person. In summer, when we all get together, we usually go camping, so it's perfect because I have my motorhome where I can go hide. It's awesome that you won't have to do the cooking this year. You'll be able to just enjoy! Take care! ♡
You look pretty today lovely Judith 😊 Lovely happy (mostly!) lady. Totally fine and understandable that you felt emotional and overwhelmed with all of the Christmas festivities coming up! (And fine if you got emotional for no reason at all! Being human is not always easy) Yeah I would probably feel overwhelmed at the thought of staying with a big family for days too. Perhaps you can ask if there is a room that can be your little quiet room for when you need to rest. Totally OK if you find a little hotel too. Nice to have your own space. Whatever happens, you'll be fine. You got this! 😊❤
Thank you. ♡ I didn't have a chance to really go into the details with my husband yet. But to tell you the truth, I would rather have a hotel room... but it is so expensive. Better yet, I would prefer to stay home! 😆
@@LivingLifewithJudith Are there no budget-friendly accommodation options available? If you would rather stay home... maybe you SHOULD all do that for this year? Maybe your hubby and kids would prefer a quiet Christmas this year too? Your big family may not mind, sounds like there will be more than enough guests for those who want a big party! You should do what's right for you... the right people won't take offense. x
It is not my family, but my husband's family, which we see twice a year. His mother is now 80 yo. There is no way my husband would not go. Fortunately, we have found a good compromise. We'll have a place to stay where I can just leave and be by myself if needed. So, everything turned out ok. I'll say it in my next vlog! Thank you for caring. I really appreciate it. ♡
@@LivingLifewithJudithYeah I initially wrote hubbies family but figured you may consider them as your own 🙂 Great you have found a good compromise! That was my initial idea... a space for you to chill and decompress when needed. Not sure if you mean in the same house? Either way, I'll find out in the next Vlog. Hope you feel a bit more at ease with the whole thing now. Look after yourself during the trip and do take your me time when needed... people will understand 😊 x
I think you are so talented! Those snowflake ornaments are really cool. Especially on a you stiffen them and glitter them up! One year we had a limited amount of money and me and the kids cut out paper snowflakes and hung them from the dining room. It was like magic! You deserved that cheesecake. I can’t find the what’s app email. The email gods are against us😳
Ahhh thanks! ❄️ I love to make paper snowflakes too. I used to make some with my students to decorate the classroom, the kindergarten classrooms, and the hallways. I'll send you another email.
