You can load the pattern-based family into your project and use it in a model in-place mass on the divided surface. However, since the dynamo does not work in the model in place, it is probably easier to do the panels in conceptual mass and then load it into your project. I will do a video talking about this shortly.
It's quite easy, you can use the reference lines for the void to create solid in the same place and give it the glass material. Have a try yourself. I will do a video talk about this.

You can always manually select some panels and adjust their parameters.
