When Paul died, he donated his heart to a man who had a heart disease and needs a heart transplant..and that guy was JAY. On the other hand, Ann never knew of that. Until DESTINY began to play with their lives. The day came their paths crossed and they became friends and Ann fell for Jay, and Jay for her. Then Ann found out that Jay had a heart transplant from Paul. 😞❤️

This is the only commercial that everytime I watched it, I always shed a tear.
I have watched this CHOICE commercial countless times and i cry a river each time especially when reactors show genuine emotion. i watch lt practically evertime i go to youtube. I just cant get over it. My eyes well up in tears each time. Kuddos to those who are behind this commercial. You guys are great!
