Very encouraging Pastor Chad, Thank you for sharing. I have been praying in Tongues more so since this Pentecost. I had an impression in my heart to celebrate Pentecost continuously by praying in Tongues 😊.

15:20 Chad, I generally would agree with you as it makes sense. How can you trust someone you don't know. But no one that came to Jesus in the gospels had a relationship with Him. No bible. No praying in the spirit. No fasting. No do this or that. Most came to Him with emergency situations. Unless Jesus is now different, that should never be a requirement. Stay with Jesus as the example. He's the example for all of us. There were zero requirements on receiving from Jesus other than simply coming to Him. Has that changed? That being said I do agree trusting God with the small things certainly makes trusting Him with the bigger things easier. But again, coming to Jesus should be the ONLY requirement if consistency is to be maintained otherwise He isn't the same yesterday, today, and forever. People in that day had their share of problems just like we do today. Due to Roman occupation I would say they had it worse. They simply heard about some dude walking around full of grace and compassion healing people. Their faith was to believe that and seek this 'Dude' out. ;) That's it. So simple. Let's never lose that.

@@ChuckBarchuk he’s on TH-cam. There is one teaching that’s the best. Search YT for Roger Sapp. The first teaching comes right up. Three teachings in green shirt, one in black shirt. The black shirt goes first even tho it does not show it that way. Love the simplicity of this man who is retired and no longer preaching. It’s a very good thing.
