Majora's Mask EASIEST HIDDEN OWL METHOD (No Mega) ANY%

This is BY FAR THE EASIEST BOMB HOVER METHOD (for this segment) I'VE FOUND. Doesn't use meg-aflip and can save you time and bombs if executed effeciently. I personally save a chu so that i can do storage after. ( don't laugh a me i don't know storage yet xD ) if anyone can help me with storage that would be appreciated :)
