I’m pretty sure they’re singing live - you can hear them breathing while singing, especially at the start of the performance. They did really well either way.

I’d never heard BAE173 and obviously they’re performing in bangtan’s shadow, but they really stood out in this cover. A risk to stay close to the original choreo but well done. So impressed by the vocals and rich tones.
Copious boy and girl groups have covered INU but I have to say with my whole chest that this is the best cover I’ve seen by far I don’t know how to exactly say but it doesn’t feel awkward. It’s feels exactly as a cover should: honoring the original and not violating the beauty of the original but also adding in their own colors/flavor to revamp the song and make it their own. A cover shouldn’t feel like a cover, it should feel as if it’s their own song because of the seamless mixing between the two artists and if I didn’t know any better I would’ve believed that INU is BAE173’s song because they performed it that well and matched the original that well Props honestly
for those who don't know they are a rookie group who debuted this november. As a rookie group they did perfectly awesome. Check them out if you can. They have two older X1 member,which group was disbanded only 5 month after debut. the hoobae group of WANNA ONE means group from produce 101.
Their cover made me feel very nostalgic (especially as a fan who was present during INU era), although not that different to the original, you could still feel and see they added their own color to this song/performance and I just love that; I think they gave an amazing performance :)

I’d never heard BAE173 and obviously they’re performing in bangtan’s shadow, but they really stood out in this cover. A risk to stay close to the original choreo but well done. So impressed by the vocals and rich tones.
Copious boy and girl groups have covered INU but I have to say with my whole chest that this is the best cover I’ve seen by far
I don’t know how to exactly say but it doesn’t feel awkward. It’s feels exactly as a cover should: honoring the original and not violating the beauty of the original but also adding in their own colors/flavor to revamp the song and make it their own. A cover shouldn’t feel like a cover, it should feel as if it’s their own song because of the seamless mixing between the two artists and if I didn’t know any better I would’ve believed that INU is BAE173’s song because they performed it that well and matched the original that well

for those who don't know they are a rookie group who debuted this november. As a rookie group they did perfectly awesome. Check them out if you can. They have two older X1 member,which group was disbanded only 5 month after debut. the hoobae group of WANNA ONE means group from produce 101.

Their cover made me feel very nostalgic (especially as a fan who was present during INU era), although not that different to the original, you could still feel and see they added their own color to this song/performance and I just love that; I think they gave an amazing performance :)
