The English dub is just so good, they VA's really knocked it out of the park on this scene and made it just as hilarious as every other moment in the show.
Although can we just stop and appreciate how even though Kaguya was absolutely distraught in this moment, the first thing she did upon entering the room was to ask and make sure that Hayasaka was okay the second she saw her laying down in potential pain, rather than berating her for presumably having "se-" with her crush? What a friend.

Apparently shiroganes va from the first 2 seasons strained his voice doing other roles, so hes gonna redub the season later.
