I’m about to move there for my studies and I have been nothing but anxious and scared because I have not seen ONE person that looks like me and is within my age group who lives there (🙋🏾♀️). I also have a few questions that I really would like for you to answer please. 1) As a black girl, how has campus life been? And in general how is life in Canada as an international student? 2) How long did it take you to make friends and how did you do it? 3) Is Thunder Bay a safe place to live at for a black person-specifically a black girl? Have you experienced any discrimination or racism? I would like it so much if you answered the questions as long as you have the time to! Your insight is important to me.
