Yes it is sooo true.. Back then when I watched this kdrama, I didnt notice it.. but now have been watching it over and over again, I've realized that too. Youngjae is actually already falling in love with Ji-Eun but he's afraid to lose Haewon as a friend. And there's this one ep where Haewon already noticed that Youngjae feels different towards Ji-Eun and Haewon said that he has to promise to give all his feelings for Ji-eun to her. And Youngjae ended up promised her on that -.-'
He probably made it a responsibilty to take care of her maybe he's confuse of his feelings it is probably instead treating her of how he would treat her sister who ia gone.
Jie Eun has really a strong fighting spirit . She's trying to endure anything just to protect him . She hides every pain through her jokes and smile that's why i Love her character so much .
One of the best Kdramas I've ever watched. Never gets too old. Always on point, touch the hearts, have fun sides, great characters. It is so rare to find any kdramas like this nowadays, sad.

In fact, the way she acts and responds to everything is pretty common in the real world you could almost say it's natural. If you notice, as humans, we're made to put ourselves first more than anything. Yes, reason says that what we do are selfish, but we couldn't deny our emotions almost always bring out the worst of us.

Song Hye Kyo was said to be the first Hallyu Star and Autumn in My Heart paved the way for the hallyu wave in kdrama. I am still amazed how we all love this and still consider these kdramas on top of the lists.

Hae Won has such a victim mentality, it drives me crazy. Everything is about her and only her. She needs to get healing from her parent's abandonment of her, that is her whole problem. Once she gets healed she can make a healthy life for herself.
Absolutely true, but Young-Jae isn't much better. He knows that Hae Won is just using him and she actually loves Min-Hyuk, but he continues to be pushed around by her needy behavior and doesn't see how much he hurts Ji-Eun, until he's about to lose her.
