I think, DTC Status mask is applied with a OR logic bitwise operation. So if it is "9", it will bring the DTCs having either "confirmed DTC" OR "Test Failed", right?

"DTC Status Availablitiy Mask" is not clear. What does it imply? Does it imply that all available status bits of all readily activ DTCs ? For example, it is 05, which means that all available DTCs have such a staus byte that either it is "pending" or "testfailed" or both. Is it ?
