Yeah it helps when the person your fighting has also known your combat gameplan for over two decades. The melee in 6 I find very strange. Its either really bad, or really good, and seemingly entirely dependent on which blade you operate with. Ironically the oscillators blind spot is behind it IIRC?
@@TeamKhandiKhane I think the big issue some melee options have are in the tracking. Often you fly right passed the target, often when that target is stationary during stagger punish, especially with the stun baton and bare-hand. How do you miss something the size of a barn that isn't moving? It's a shame the poor tracking limits your options. In addition, why does the FCS lead ranged attacks, but not melee attacks? It causes a lot of misses that just feel bad.
Thank you. Moonshiner (the midweight in the first fight) is me riffing on Whiskey Pistoleer, i.e. Maker's Standard Issue Sparring Dummy. I believe this was the first fight in which I tried the oscillator - turns out it fits the design far better than the old pulse blade did. Honestly almost felt like a whole new AC, the melee was far smoother and more natural. Now to run some more shine to fund a better paint job...
@@Plus_Escapee it doesn't lead melee by much but it feels like it does a little. Regardless if it did track like that I honestly think the game would've been worse. Being able to throw off melee with the juke shenangans die to its risk and commitment would be wild.
The first AC fight look interesting. That oscilator buff hurt XD
