@markwmscym No, the current HDD or SSD does not have to be Kingston, but the new one does to activate Acronis True Image software via our Kingston SSD Manager.
I have a problem at the stage of selecting the target disk. After selecting the source disk, the program just displays a loading screen and nothing happens. Can you help me with this?

No not at all because you are still using the original/source drive for the cloning process. Once you successfully clone the new drive, you can format the older one when you have verified that the new drive is working.
There is no exact time, and it depends on the computer ports, USB adapter if a laptop. Also check the source disk to make sure it is not damaged or corrupted. If you need assistance please contact our support here: kings.tn/3yxGG7C
