I'd like to see it on a default map. All of these I see are from custom maps with only 1 direction of attack which still isn't easy, but definitelly helps defend. And default maps have limited supplies

supplies being limited is a rather minute detail in C&C Generals, though... as every faction has a unit or building that provides unlimited funds in the endgame. Such as the Chinese hackers or the UN drop zone.
But I agree... this map basically transforms C&C Generals into a tower defense game.

I never saw a player going against 7 Hard enemies with random faction. Most of the players will choose 7 same general (7 china tank general). Bro - try to defeat 7 different generals (air force general, tank general, stealth general...etc). So that enemies can use all tactics (air and ground forces)
i have a lots of gameplays that i played with random generals like this : th-cam.com/video/twTV_XA9QpI/w-d-xo.html but the real reason i play against tank is they are the strongest army in ground when i defeat them, the next gameplay of that map will be the random ones. cuz that is the hardest thing! 😆

13:31 it's funny how you're trying to build that forward bunker countless times. Bots do move and attack on the CLOSEST missile defenders or defense buildings. Therefore, there's a reason to put your defense buildings in a straight line to distribute all the damage taken between them
They say china infantry general are useless.. And indeed they were right
Infantry general is actually more useful than you ever thought. With a handful of rocket launchers and bunker-armed helix, you can easily rush enemy base before their defense is ready.
Try different map without 1 choke point.

It really depends on who are you up against with, for starters I recommend going against 7 Tank generals as tanks in this game is clunky
I’d like to see this against 7 Air Force generals, or Super Weapon. Not saying you can’t do it. But I think it would be a lot more difficult with Auroras and Raptors bombing your base continuously.
Next up: Limited superweapons. Now thats a challenge.
Нефтевышки надо захватывать сразу, иначе теряешь много денег. Вторая ошибка это зря не взял ядерные пушки. Пулеметчики в бункере тоже страшная вещь, особенно в пачке бункеров. Но слабые против повелителя или императора, но вертолёты падают только так. Вообще пехотой тяжело наступать, но легко обороняться. Может лучше ядерщика взял бы?

Тоже считаю что ядерный генерал Китая самый сильный, почти всегда за него играю, остальные иногда для разнообразия. Ставлю пулемет гатлинга и по бокам по бункеру с ракетчиками, тоже вещь)))

how do you fix the lag problem and the fps drop on this game ive been trying to play it and it just cant even tho im running a pretty heavy gaming rig for a game that was out back in 2003
this game is not optimized well for modern pc i had that problem before, in some maps has so much lag and some maps don't! try the genpatcher program it worked for me to play better on win 10-11 legi.cc/downloads/genpatcher/

it's game mechanic. when you select any troops in a group and click to move to where you want them to go they go like the way they are stand ( they converge to the desired point ) but when they are stand still and you click where they are to go ( like click twice to go something like 5 feet away ) they gonna be stand like a military parade. In short, when many people are gathered in one place and you select them and click everyone where they are, they take on a military formation.

I'm having issues running this map on skirmish... for some reason, none of the enemy doziers start building and just sit afk.
Anyone have a work around??? Apparently most people can run it fine, my computer is just being weird?
some maps are optimized for generals ( non zero hour ) some maps are optimized for generals zero hour, that's why they don nothing ( when you put zero hour army on non zero hour map ) - you must put zero hour army on zero hour maps to work or vice versa

Don't get me wrong, it was a good battle, but the success is somewhat lost when it was achieved based on fraudulent setups. A map specifically for defense with a lot of resources. Unlimited nukes instead of each player/pc only 1.

@@MrSlidthunder yes, some maps are optimized well to play like making a lot of buildings and a lot of units. some maps when you do that it's get buggy and some times all units don't work . there is a lots of maps out there but you can't tell which one is good until you play them
