Is I if it’s just me who does this but I have a watchdog and he knows the move called super fang it always takes half of the opponents health and it’s extremely good for catching legendarys and it never kills the Pokémon
It would have made more sense if Hoopa's tomb contained multiple Hoopas in their confined form alongside the unbound Hoopa. Then it could be explained that the Hoopas you find in the wild are the Hoopas who escaped their imprisonment and ran off. Otherwise if wild confined Hoopas exist then I don't understand why Team Eclipse didn't just look for a wild Hoopa and use the prison bottle on said Hoopa.
