Hey Mike. I'm having a heck of a time finding the main rod for the rear lift. It looks to be about 2ft long and runs from the main rocker to the rear rocker plate. I may have to fabricate the part. Any chance you can get me a measurement and the bend degree at the end of it?

Thanks for sharing, I have a 112 also and it's difficult finding information on it. Could you please post the belt numbers that you replaced?

I can't see a number on the belt anymore. I remember it was a problem getting the right size. My John Deere dealer was helpful but still sent me home with the wrong belt (twice). I wish I had more info for you, I kinda farmerized it, as we call it. I measured the old belt (which I had at the time), went to the JD parts counter and we measured belts until we found the closest size.

I use mine every year in the garden. It always starts and runs like a little deere!

Hi. I'm going to pick up a JD 112 tomorrow. My crew cab S10 bed is 55" x 55" with 39" between wheel wells. I already took the bed liner out but not the tailgate piece, might be able to gain 1" more that way so 56" long. Will it fit with the tailgate up? Just want to know if I need to get heavy ratchet straps to be safe on the road as it is 1.5hr drive. TY much.

Yes, that was probably the most difficult part. I am still having trouble with my variable speed. Info on the two peddle 112 is kinda hard to find.

Do you have any problems with the electric lift lifting the tiller?
Did you have to get a lift helper spring?

No, the tiller seems to lift fairly well, kinda slow...maybe I do need a spring.

      Ok. Thanks for the info.
I read on a few forums that the electric lift had no problem lifting tiller but it wouldn't hold it up.
