- The first project in my new #polebarn. Soft Hand Chris and I do the first preventative maintenance on the 1991 Ford 555c since I won it on auction sight unseen. Chris guides me through changing every filter on the Triple Nickel backhoe and I learn the internals of the machine. The only question is will it start when we are finished?

Just buried her out back trying to grab some logs. Barely made it out of there.
Always get your oil up to operating temp before changing. Especially the thick stuff. Chris seems like your typical municipal employee !

I owned a Ford 555c new. Please find someone you don't like and sell it to them. Traded it for a new 416 Cat real junk. A few months later traded for a Deere and was amazed.
I see you are a "glass half full" kind of guy. I have a couple more jobs for her before I think about listing her for sale.
@@ForestHogOutdoors I'd recommend a 410 D, E,G, John Deere. I dont know about the new one.
