God used David to reach me after war trauma and repeated family loss had me at my desperation point. I then found out that i only live an hour from his barn bash events. Going to the first one i truly believe saved my life and now, i dont miss them and have met and spoken to David and Lori multiple times. Theyre amazing.
I remember when David joined the Gaither Vocal Band in 1997. He's the GOAT of tenors in my opinion. He could have chosen a career as an opera singer but instead he chose to use his talent in serving the Lord.
I have had the privilege of hearing David in person many times including two Barn Bashes and he never fails to touch and thrill everyone in the place. I have also spoken to him in person and he is as warm, funny and charming as you see him on stage.❤️
What makes David Phelps such a standout with such immense talent is he chooses to live lift as what he sings in song as worship to God that blessed him with his gift of song! One feels the anointing of the Holy Spirit permeate forth from his music!
David is the Greatest tenor and shows his love of his Saviour in every song that he sings. What an inspiration to hear him sing every song and hymn! God bless his voice that reaches so many people with his perfect voice!!! What a beautiful family he has!!! Could listen to him 24 hours each day.
Once you hear David sing, no one else compares to his talent… I fell in love with his music recently and I’m so addicted ….he touches your soul like no other can.. I’m such a Phelps Pham, and hope some day to go to one of his concerts, Barn Bash would be wonderful 🙏🙏❤️
Never heard him before (I am not American) and yes, he has an incredible range. What I don't understand though, is why holding the notes for so long in every song. Find it doesn't do anything for the song and more looks (sounds)like a show off to me. If he didn't do that, I would immediately look into more of his work, but for me, I am afraid it only gets annoying.
David Phelps can not only reach the notes he can hold them longer than anyone that I can remember. I love what he's doing for the Lord ❤️ through music it's like he brings the holy spirit into his heart and soul and let's it loose to the audience, he sings without a struggle, he's God's blessing

No words can express the joy he brings to me. I love him and his Godly voice. How did I ever live before I ever heard him sing? No one has enriched my life like him. He expressed himself like the very voice of God, trying to get us to do His will. Best voice and passion for God in the world.

I have stayed up several nights listening to him. one night I thought to myself, wow, God really gave this man a gift. Instantly I heard, No, i gave the world this gift.
