I remember circa early 90's driving 18 kms in and around Manila would take hours...you traveled 18 km's nonestop. I am absolutely impressed and proud of what my kabayans have built...I am sure to visit home again soon!

My point of view : The Government might have finally solved the decongestion and traffic in Metro Manila. As my perspective is building new urban communities outside of Metro Manila and urban development in the Visayas and Mindanao are the best solution to solve the traffic and congestion in Metro Manila
Does it have passable roads going into the mountain at 6:33, 9:39, 12:08? Because before the construction we drive over the concrete road in the mountain. I wonder if we can take a shortcut using NCC highway.

I think the few reasons are the lower quality (720p-1080p) and people are just lazy to swipe their screens to look around (or use the remote control if they are using Smart TVs) 😅 I’ll try to upload more angles to make up for the lack of 360° features. 😃

Snippet: build 3 to 4 ka linya each way para sa 2 opposite directions, and send the bill to DOTr Office for this new long highway project. hinde na puwedi ang back-road style na linya -- we have to listen and build them right. Bigyan ng 3-4 lanes each way and you can add more lanes later on if needed to reduce high volume of traffic and travel anxiety. I remember circa early 90's driving 18 kms in and around Manila would take hours...you traveled 18 km's nonestop. I am absolutely impressed and proud of what my kabayans have built...I am sure to visit home again soon!

Once all the work done this highway looks very good for all motorists offering faster travel time and comfortable ride with it’s beautiful surroundings.
And without toll. It's much much better than utilizing SCTEX (much much farther yet expensive in toll)
My point of view : The Government might have finally solved the decongestion and traffic in Metro Manila. As my perspective is building new urban communities outside of Metro Manila and urban development in the Visayas and Mindanao are the best solution to solve the traffic and congestion in Metro Manila

Does it have passable roads going into the mountain at 6:33, 9:39, 12:08? Because before the construction we drive over the concrete road in the mountain. I wonder if we can take a shortcut using NCC highway.

Yup! I used to upload 360° videos for my walking and driving tours. Unfortunately, it isn’t popular on TH-cam. I think the few reasons are the lower quality (720p-1080p) and people are just lazy to swipe their screens to look around (or use the remote control if they are using Smart TVs) 😅 I’ll try to upload more angles to make up for the lack of 360° features. 😃

Medyo alanganin sir. Nag full stop na siya bago pa ako nakapasok sa rotonda. Baka naliligaw din siya kasi nasa 3rd lane (outer lane) na siya ng rotonda pero hindi naman siya nag right sa lane ko.

It was opened only during the hot air balloon fiesta. But since the road is passable now (the sidewalks are the only works that need to be done), it is only a matter of time before this road will be opened to the public.

Yes, inopen lang for the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. Pero malapit na din ito buksan since passable na siya. Mostly sa sidewalks lang inaayos.
Snippet: build 3 to 4 ka linya each way para sa 2 opposite directions, and send the bill to DOTr Office for this new long highway project. hinde na puwedi ang back-road style na linya -- we have to listen and build them right. Bigyan ng 3-4 lanes each way and you can add more lanes later on if needed to reduce high volume of traffic and travel anxiety. Hi sir sorry hindi ko maalala. Binigyan lang ako ng card para pagdating sa NLEX, aadjust nila yung toll. Right now kasi yung sa SCTEX NCC wala pang reader para wala ng card na ibibigay.

Not everyone knows about it yet.
Mas maganda nga ganito walang ka traffic traffic ang sarap mag maneho doon. Imagine....lahat nag sisiksikan sa greater Metro Manila pero diyan sa NCC napakaluwag at walang ka tao tao, walang squatter, walang kamote riders
@@JS-ew1my kung di mababantayan ng gobyerno, darami na squatters dyan. Sa Mabalacat at Capas, dumarami na ang mga squatter kaya dapat magkaroon ng maraming housing projects dyan ngayon.

Yeah, the Innova (1:46) should have turned right as he was on the outermost lane, stepping over the guided lane on the right. On the other hand, the Fortuner on my right (2:00) is having trouble figuring out where he is headed. The cones on the right (2:06) seem to be out of place.
Btw DOT stands for Department of Tourism. They have nothing to do with traffic laws.
