I love this product from LSS, and I hope they continue to do these boxes for all future releases. The only thing missing from this box is a single copy of a promo card that all 3 decks would use, like a token or something.
I'm very mixed on feelings that you have to buy all 3 at once with the playmat and stuff. Often times people don't want more than just one deck, but the value is definitely better here.
We are getting into FaB. Would you recommend this or Heavy Hitters blitz decks for newbies? Or something else? We are familiar with tcgs. Thanks for the video!
Both! Really any deck is a good start. But the new armory decks are probably betterbod also honestly steer you tward the UPF set as its great
I prefer the tips to play the deck card to have full art of either the young or adult hero on the other side, those poor man's marvel heroes are so cool and they keep taking them away and then teasing them again.
There was a young kayo full art in the kayo armory deck, and the last time it was in blitz precon decks was probably uprising.
Best blitz precons were from monarch, inlucded a majestic mentor, rf hero, and the full art of the adult hero of the deck. It only lacks the extended art playset of commons, which if that was added and they did everything they did for the precons in monarch, that would be the best.
Feels bad when a player already knows what hero they want only to have it sold out from the brick. I really like the bundle style.
I thought it was a good value for what you got. If one or two of the heroes don't click, just leave them sealed to collect, trade, or sell down the road.
They should have at least threw in a Majestic for each class or something, not really a good deal, my lgs has them for 70 and I'm probably not picking this one up unfortunately...
At 70 usd yes its a bit high, I hope that there may be some majestics in future too. But ... if you zoom out, the box in its own environment is on par with each other. At least there is extended are cards, and rf hero. But yea a few Majestic would not have hurt. But hey you can always get Majestic in the 3 packs?
Are they on par with Round the Table is what I want to know.
It depends on your goals. Round the table has more cards, but one class that can't be played in CC. If you only play Blitz both work. From a simple perspective UPF is more fun and flexable. The Mistveil heros are a bit more complex. So if I had to pick I would choose Round the Table. But I also love multi-player games. Hope this helps
@@Geeks1st My goal is to utilize them as is in UPF. I already own the Round the Table Blitz decks and those are designed with multiplayer in mind but are also more powerful than normal Blitz decks. Which is why I hope that these are on par with them, at least as far as power goes.
No not really
@@stigmurder99 That's what I figured. They should have really made these in a similar fashion to Round the Table in terms of power.
I don't like that every store is selling the decks individually for $18-$22. I mainly just wanted Zen but I am not paying $20 plus shipping for a $12 deck. Lol
I ordered the whole thing plus shipping for less than MSRP.
@gregoriomunoz4754 yeah my lgs is charging 70 for the bundle, first product coming out that I'm skipping since I started, love the set though and it's been great to me so far so it's all good lol
