You know something? This scene of Woody being envious of Buzz reminds me of Peso being talked into racing with the big smirk off Hugo in the Octonauts episode, The Great Penguin Race. But Peso is so nervous about it and Hugo is just making him fell bad in front of the Octonauts and i feel like the other Octonauts don't care about it and want him to win and if Peso looses, everyone will be disappointed and turn away from him. So Thomas & his friends decide Peso needs a bigger boost with super peppers that give him super strength and speed. So Hugo is eventually humiliated but because of the trains' plan, the captain is upset their protection program got them embarrassed and so are Izzy, Peso's little brother Pinto and his mother.
